Last night was perfect.

Last night was the Tegan & Sara concert, I went with Sophia and my sister Brittany.

First (awesome) Thing That Happened:
After parking the car, while we were finding our way to The Norva we decided to stop in a Subway for some drinks. On our way in I had noticed these two guys that were awfully familiar but didn't really pay too much attention to that. They had walked into the Subway ahead of us and then turned around having decided not to go in, We pushed the doors open for them. Once they left Sophia leaned over and quietly asked "Wasn't that Tegan & Sara's guitar players?" I freaked out and told her yeah it was. We kinda felt stupid the rest of the night for not having talked to them.

Second (awesome awesome) thing that happened:
When we reached The Norva, Brittany had heard that Rouge Wave was going to be there on the 27th, and we had chatted about how she wanted to go and we all joked about coming back and seeing them. As we were standing there, a guy that was working there started passing something to everyone in the line. He got to us and handed me it first, I looked at it. And it was a Rouge Wave ticket. I smiled, and he told me that he remembered faces. He then handed Sophia and then Brittany tickets also, and Brittany's face was priceless. So I'm pretty sure we are going to try and go back for it. I mean come on, free tickets? Yes dude.

Third thing:
It was bloody hot outside, and just when I thought we would never get to go inside and into the AC, the line started moving. And made our way over near the stage. Once inside, we waited around another hour and then Hesta Prynn, and she was interesting, and very drunk. She played a 45ish mintue set (too long for me I was ready for Tegan & Sara after her second song). Hesta got off stage dramatically and then the crew came on and took her stuff on stage.

Fourth (amazing) thing.:
15 mintues of waiting and then the lights went down and Can't Get Next To You by: The Temptations came on and by the end of the song Tegan and Sara were dancing on stage putting their guitars on. It was the cutest thing ever. And then they played, and chatted with us a little. They are amazing live, and the best band I have ever seen live. I would see them over and over again if I could. Ugh.

Tegan & Sara//Encore//Dark Come Soon:

I did not want that night to end.
It was perfect.
I want to do it all over.
